Start 2 Finish Ltd was a company formed by Mark Jeffreys in 2004 in the UK then in 2008 taken to Cyprus and to this day is still running very successfully. Mark called the company Start 2 finish through understanding that using one company that can take care of the whole project from drawings to final handover was easiest for the customer and all jobs were completed on time and on budget, rather than waiting for different trades to turn up on time and fluctuating rates.
